It was on a beautiful, sunny day during the

summer of 2019 in hills of San Gimignano, Italy, that Perfect Pairings Charcuterie began. Nestled in the countryside of Siena, while cheese and olive oil tasting, I felt overcome with the need to share my passion for charcuterie with the world. Perfect Pairings goes beyond curating the most beautiful cheese and meat displays you will ever find, we bring together the warmth, aroma, and tastes that were inspired by Siena cheeses and Italian wines.

Perfect Pairings Charcuterie was founded on the principle of "What grows together, goes together". The rich tannins and textures of cheese, wine, olive oil, and balsamic all pair together to create the most beautiful balance of flavors.
